FAQ
1.Is the machine fully automatic? Do we need manual laborers??

 

Yes, the QT800 is fully automatic with a programmable logic controller. The machine includes automatic pallet feeding, raw material feeding, vibration, compression, and product ejection. You will need 2 to 3 operators for raw material loading, mold change, and quality checking. No manual handling of wet blocks is required.
2.Can we produce colored pavers on this machine? What is the process? ?

 

Yes, you can. You will need a double-layer feeding system accessory. The process is: first, add the color mix (cement + color pigment) into the face layer hopper, then the base concrete goes into the main hopper. The hydraulic system compresses both layers together. We can provide the color dosing unit as an optional add-on.
3. What is the hydraulic pressure rating and why is it important?

 

The system operates at 21 MPa (megapascals). This high pressure ensures strong vibration and compression force of up to 150 kN. Higher pressure means better block density, lower cement usage, and bricks that do not crack during curing. The QT800 uses a dual-pump hydraulic system for stable output. 
4.What kind of warranty and after-sales support do you provide for a project-based buyer like us??

 

We offer a standard 12-month warranty on the main structure and hydraulic system, and a 12-month warranty on electrical components and the PLC. More importantly for project timelines, we provide on-site commissioning by our engineers and a 48-hour response guarantee for any critical service requests.
5. How many days to change vibration box oil ,what kind of oil can be used inside??

 

The hydraulic oil 68 degree can be used, the amount is from bottom 3cm. Strongly suggest 1 month change one time oil
